Kyren Wilson made the first 147 of his career at the OPPO International Championship on Tuesday.
The Warrior’s perfect break came in the tenth frame of his last 32 match against Martin Gould in Daqing, making the score 5-5.
The maximum will be worth £5,000 from the rolling bonus pot, plus the £3,000 high break prize, as long as it is not equalled this week.
It’s the second 147 of the season, following Liang Wenbo’s maximum at the English Open earlier this month, and the 133rd in snooker history.
World number 12 Wilson lost the match 6-5. Gould had trailed 4-0 but hit back to win six of the last seven frames with top breaks of 104, 91, 128 and 70.
