As a Personal Trainer, I help my clients create a sustainable path to success and their goals by creating daily habits.
Regardless of what your goal may be, having something in place that keeps you accountable will make your life so much easier.
It doesn’t have to be anything to drastic…just small micro habits that are going to help you get to your end goal.
For example, for a snooker player, it would be a good idea to consume more vegetables and drink more water in order to optimise health and increase concentration levels.
Or the sustainable habit could be going to the gym three times a week to focus on mobility through the shoulders.
Focus on the smaller aspects of your goal to construct a path to success!
