Hey everyone! Here’s a pre-match shoulder mobility routine that Kyren uses. As you can see from the first clip, the angle of Kyren’s arms when he does the Scapula Slides is very limited – he can’t even keep a 90 degree angle at the elbow.
After mobilising his shoulders, you can see by the end of the clip, his shoulders are more durable and he has a freer range of movement.
