A spokesman for World Snooker said: "The South West Snooker Academy hosted two PTC events this season and it proved an excellent venue with a high standard of playing conditions and facilities for players.
"We recognise the need to have access for spectators at PTC events and the SWSA provides this option. Alongside the SWSA team we look forward to four top class PTC events in Gloucester next season, to be contested by players from all around the world."

"We look forward to welcoming players from all over the World to the 2012 PTC events. It is set to be a very exciting season for snooker and there are now some wonderful opportunities for young players and amateurs to develop their game and progress towards the Professional Tour.
"At South West Snooker Academy we take great pride in assisting the development of players and the sport from junior level through to professional status.
"With our coaching and residential packages in place we are structured to enable a player from anywhere in the world to use the South West Snooker Academy to progress their career.
