Make sure you visit Cue Zone in the Winter Garden during the Betfred World Championship to enhance your enjoyment of the tournament.
There will be FREE coaching available most days from 9am to 7pm for players of all standards.
And extra activities include:
Disability Day – Thursday April 20
This takes place in association with World Disability Billiards and Snooker. From 10am there will be coaching sessions for Leonard Cheshire Disability and Sheffield Spinal Unit / Wheelpower Group. Then from 12pm, doubles matches will take place with WDBS players paired with members of the public. From 3.30pm there will be more coaching sessions for Leonard Cheshire Disability and Sheffield Mencap.
Ladies Day – Wednesday April 26
Coaching will be available from Danielle Findlay and Bex Kenna. There will be various activities and competitions throughout the day, refereed by Sarah McManus.
Women are encouraged to wear purple to support Ladies Day, which has been running since 2013. Buy cakes and muffins inside the Crucible with purple icing – part of every sale will go to our official charity Jessie May.
