Wells Ends Murphy's Hopes Of Scottish Open Success

Brecel Replaced By Page In Glasgow

Luca Brecel has withdrawn from next week’s Scottish Open for medical reasons and has been replaced by Jackson Page in the draw.

Brecel was due to face Stuart Carrington in the opening round at the Glasgow Emirates Arena on Monday December 11 at 10am. Page replaces him directly so the amateur will now face Carrington on the same date and time.

This is in line with the new Tournament Withdrawal procedure introduced on the 30 August 2017, for more details click here. Page was the leading player in the 2017 Q School ranking list who didn’t gain a tour card.

Tickets for the Scottish Open are still available – for details click here.
